About The Next Skill Academy
The Next Skill Academy is a learning and development partner focused on future skills, communication and leadership. We work with organisations that want learning to be practical, evidence-based and part of everyday work, not a one-off event.
Our workshops and consulting are built on research and real-world practice. We combine tools like the Impact Learning Cycle with future skills and meta-competencies such as learning agility, critical and creative thinking, adaptability under pressure and strategic decision making. Communication and leadership run through everything we do, from team sessions to senior leadership programmes.
The Academy was founded by Kristof Kolodzinski, a learning strategist and facilitator with experience in L&D, leadership development and future skills research. He brings together academic insight and hands-on business experience to design learning that is simple, actionable and measurable
Alongside Kristof, we collaborate with a network of experienced facilitators, coaches and subject-matter experts, bringing the right mix of expertise to each project.
