The Academy was founded by Kristof Kolodzinski, a learning strategist, facilitator, and researcher with experience across learning and development, leadership development, communication, and future skills. His work brings together academic insight and real-world professional experience to create learning that is thoughtful, practical and grounded in application.
Alongside Kristof, The Next Skill Academy also collaborates with a wider network of facilitators, coaches, and subject-matter experts, bringing together the right expertise for selected projects, sessions and learning experiences.
