The Next Skill Academy exists to explore one central question: How can people and organisations continue to grow, communicate well, and stay effective in a world shaped by constant change and AI?

This includes feedback, coaching conversations, difficult conversations, storytelling, and clear communication frameworks such as the 3 I’s Framework, designed to help ideas become easier to introduce, explain, and apply.
